Trendsense General is adjusting the delivery timeline to align with our courier partners ICS, Canpar, Purolator and UPS drop-off and pickup window.
A) Orders received on Weekdays Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will ship by Friday of the same week (this may change due to order volume). Shipping timeline will vary, as per our courier partners.
B) Orders received on Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday and will ship no later than Friday of the same week (this may change due to order volume). Shipping timeline will vary.
We are only shipping orders within Canada, we are not set up to sell outside of Canada at this time.
Shipping (We are shipping orders within Canada only)
• All In-stock orders are filled on weekdays Monday through Friday until 5:00 pm (PST).
• Orders placed after 3:00 pm (PST) will be processed the following business day.
• Orders that are placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed the following business day.
• Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment verification and credit card authorization.
• Please note that cancellation of order requests made the day after an order has been placed may not be granted as your order may have already left our warehouse. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If refund is approved, we will subtract the payment processing fees charged to us by STRIPE for facilitating your card payment on online transactions. This is 2.9% + 0.30 cents
• We currently only offer shipping within Canada. A Tracking Number will be provided as proof of shipping and delivery to your physical address. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages once tracking has recorded a successful delivery (marked delivered) to your address.
• Shipping is not available for P.O Box addresses due to shipper restrictions. A Physical Address is required to ship your order.
During high volume periods and inclement weather, your order could be delayed additional days from our normal commitment period of 6-12 business days.
If Shipping cost is applied, this is determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address. In order to give you the best shipping rates, some items may be sent in separate packages.
Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package destination.

Please note: If your order qualifies for our FREESHIP free shipping discount code (on order over $75) your parcel will automatically ship via our primary courier partners (ICS, CANPAR, Purolator, or UPS) with tracking number as the default shipping option. A physical address is required to ship your order. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Free Shipping on orders $75 and up (based on product subtotal only, before taxes)
While products on order are shipped individually, we may combine ship an order with multiple products IF shipping cost is better. We will do our best to give you the BEST shipping rate available to us. In the event your package shipping rate comes back cheaper than what our online shipping calculator provided at the time of ordering, we will honour the lower rate - this is a promise!
